Microsofts channel 9 on MSDN has recently posted an interview between Larry Lieberman and Steve Bell. It’s almost 19 minutes long, and guides you through the registration process for you as a developer.
They also covers how to submit your own app and how you should test your app. And goes through all the demands, that has to be made to get the app certificated.
